A few checks narrow the BKV models below to the ones worth quoting.
- Reading the dimensions
- The Dimensions column lists the size range, meaning the diameter or thickness of the material, that each model is specified for. For example, BKV 7-60.0 covers 0.6–1.5 mm (0.024–0.059 in).
- Match the material
- Every BKV model is listed for strip, so material does not separate models within this series. Use size and roll count to narrow the choice.
- Match the size
- Pick the model whose range contains the diameter or thickness of your material. The BKV series spans 0.1–7 mm (0.004–0.276 in) in total. If your size sits on the boundary between two models, ask us which suits your material better.
- Choose the roll count
- BKV is offered with 7 and 9 rolls. More rolls put the material through more bending cycles and generally straighten harder or springier material more thoroughly. Fewer rolls give a simpler setup.
